We are seeking to attract four bright and motivated final year students to take summer positions within our property management firm. We manage more than 1000 properties throughout central London on behalf of a large number of landlords. The internship role will principally involve guiding prospective tenants through the process of finding a new home and will include: conducting viewings, negotiating rental prices and contract terms, overseeing contract preparation and taking payments
Driving licence an advantage
